How to Flip Tyres with the Right Technique
The tyre flip is a fantastic strength and conditioning exercise that will leave you knackered. It works your core, glutes and quads. It can be extremely beneficial if done the right way. So follow my steps and you’ll be flipping tyres instead of flipping the bird.
1. Keep your knees close to the tyre.
2. Get a good grip of the tyre keeping your arms on the inside of your legs.
3. Keep your back straight & engage your core.
4. Pull your shoulders back & activate your glutes.
5. Make sure everything comes up together. Do not let your ass come up first.
